These Terms govern your use of SeekScene (the "Service"), operated as a local-discovery product. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
SeekScene is a feed for discovering, saving, and acting on nearby places, moments, and happenings — pinned by people, not businesses paying for placement. You can browse the feed without an account. Creating a pin, saving to an Atlas, or turning on notifications requires signing in.
You can sign in with Google or with an email and password, via Firebase Authentication. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to consent to data processing under your local law to create an account.
When you pin a discovery, you're telling us — and everyone who sees it — that you believe it to be real, currently accurate, and yours to share (or properly credited). You keep ownership of photos and text you post. By posting, you grant SeekScene a license to display, resize, and generate share-card images from that content within the Service and in links you choose to share.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, including in response to a report.
SeekScene's core feature depends on your location. You control the precision you share (coarse or precise) in your device settings and in-app. Discoveries you find, save, or go to are things happening in the real world — use your own judgment about safety, especially for temporary or informal happenings we haven't independently verified.
Discoveries can go stale — a place closes, an event ends, details change. The "confirm" feature relies on the community telling the truth about what they find. Please only confirm or report what you've actually observed.
Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service's rate limits; impersonate another person or business; or use automated tools to inflate saves, confirmations, or "Go" actions.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data after deletion.
SeekScene is provided "as is." Discoveries are user-generated and may be inaccurate, out of date, or no longer available — we do our best to surface freshness signals, but we don't guarantee any discovery's accuracy, safety, or continued existence. Directions, bookings, and tickets are handled by third-party services we link to, not by us.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
